By downloading, installing, accessing, registering an account, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and BlueprintX Global. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (password, PIN, or any authentication method) and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. If you suspect any unauthorized use, contact us immediately at support@blueprintxglobal.com.
- We reserve the right to require identity verification (including CNIC upload) at any time to prevent fraud, comply with laws, or secure transactions and ranks.
- Creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral system, tasks, or bonuses is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of all related accounts without refund.
- You are at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason.
Services and User Conduct
The Services provide skill-based learning (graphics, video editing, marketing, etc.), task completion opportunities, referral programs, ranks, and commission-based earnings through affiliate activities.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the Services in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation (including Pakistan's laws on data protection, fraud, or financial transactions).

Engage in fraudulent activities, such as faking task completions, using bots/scripts to automate tasks, or creating fake referrals.

Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users, support team, or any person through the Services.

Upload or share any content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on others' rights (intellectual property, privacy, etc.).
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other users' accounts, or our systems (hacking, reverse engineering, etc.).
- Interfere with the proper working of the Services (e.g., overloading servers, spreading malware, or disrupting features).
- Use the Services for commercial purposes other than the intended referral/earning system without our written permission.
- Misrepresent your identity, earnings, or ranks to others.
We reserve the right to monitor, review, or remove any content or activity that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Services or users.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by applicable laws and regulations.

Account and profile data (name, email, phone, CNIC verification): Retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion request, we delete it within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to keep.

Transaction and payment records (deposits, withdrawals via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfers): Retained for up to 7 years (or as required by Pakistani financial and tax laws for audit, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes).

Usage and referral data (tasks, ranks, commissions): Retained as long as needed for providing services, dispute resolution, or calculating earnings, typically up to the end of your account activity plus a reasonable period for backups.

Device and technical logs: Retained for a shorter period (usually 90 days to 1 year) for security, analytics, and performance improvement.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@blueprintx.tech (subject to legal retention obligations).
Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) or similar applicable laws.

Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
The Services may allow you to make deposits into your account and request withdrawals of earned commissions or bonuses through supported local payment methods.

Supported Methods: Deposits and withdrawals are processed via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or direct bank account transfers (as available in your region). We do not support international cards or other methods unless explicitly added.

Processing: Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawals are processed to your verified wallet or bank account, typically within 3-7 business days, subject to verification and minimum withdrawal thresholds (if any).

Fees: We may deduct transaction fees, processing charges, or taxes as per the payment provider's rates or applicable laws. Any fees will be disclosed before confirmation.

Verification: Withdrawals may require additional identity verification (e.g., CNIC or bank details confirmation) to prevent fraud.

No Refunds: All deposits and payments for packages, upgrades, or activations are non-refundable once processed or activated. No refunds for unused tasks, ranks, or earnings.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment details and complying with all tax and legal obligations related to your earnings in Pakistan.
Referral Program & Commissions
The Services include a referral program where you can earn commissions by referring new users who register, upgrade packages, or complete qualifying activities.

Commissions are calculated based on valid referrals (e.g., percentage of referred user's paid packages or tasks, as displayed in the app).

Earnings and ranks are performance-based and depend on legitimate user activity, task completion, and compliance with these Terms.

No Guaranteed Income: We do not guarantee any specific earnings, commissions, ranks, or bonuses. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and program rules. The primary purpose of the Services is skill development and learning, not guaranteed financial gain.

Referral Validity: Referrals must be genuine. Fake referrals, self-referrals, bot-generated accounts, or incentivized spam are prohibited and will result in commission reversal, rank demotion, or account termination without notice.

Payout Eligibility: Commissions become payable only after verification, minimum threshold (if any), and compliance checks. We reserve the right to withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent or non-compliant activity.

Program Changes: We may modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program or commission structure at any time without prior notice.
You agree not to misrepresent the referral program or earnings potential to others. Any violation may lead to immediate suspension of referral benefits and account access.
Intellectual Property & Courses
All content provided through the Services, including but not limited to courses, videos, graphics, text, logos, designs, software, and materials (collectively, "Content"), is owned by BlueprintX Global or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes while your account is active.

You may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, perform, or sell any Content without our prior written permission.

Downloading or saving courses for offline use is permitted only if the App explicitly allows it (e.g., through built-in download feature); unauthorized downloading or sharing is prohibited.

Any user-generated content (e.g., task submissions, feedback) you upload grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for operating and improving the Services.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe any Content infringes your copyright, contact us at support@blueprintxglobal.com with details for review.
Violation of these intellectual property terms may result in immediate termination of your account and loss of access to all Content without refund.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the Services:

Creating or using multiple accounts to manipulate referrals, ranks, commissions, tasks, or bonuses.

Using automated tools, bots, scripts, macros, or any third-party software to complete tasks, generate referrals, or farm earnings.

Engaging in fraudulent behavior, such as fake task submissions, fake payments, chargebacks, or misleading other users about earnings.

Spamming, sending unsolicited messages, or promoting the Services in a deceptive manner (e.g., false income claims).

Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users or our team.

Uploading or sharing illegal, harmful, violent, hateful, or adult content.
- Attempting to hack, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Services' security or functionality.
- Violating any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy) or laws.
- Promoting pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or any illegal financial activity.
We may investigate any suspected violation and take immediate action, including account suspension, commission reversal, permanent ban, or reporting to authorities, without prior notice or refund.
Termination & Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services or your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

Violation of any provision of these Terms (e.g., prohibited activities, fraud, multiple accounts, fake referrals).

Fraudulent or suspicious activity, such as fake task submissions, chargebacks, or unauthorized access.

Non-compliance with verification requirements (e.g., CNIC or payment details).

Inactivity for an extended period (we may define inactivity as no login/activity for 6+ months).

Legal requirements, court orders, or to protect the Services, users, or our rights.
Effects of Termination/Suspension:
- You will lose access to your account, courses, tasks, ranks, commissions, and any balances (subject to pending withdrawals if eligible).
- Unpaid commissions or bonuses may be forfeited if due to violation.
- No refunds will be provided for any payments, packages, or activations made prior to termination.
- You may not create a new account to circumvent suspension/termination.
You can terminate your account at any time by contacting support@blueprintxglobal.com and requesting deletion. Upon valid request, we will delete your account and data (subject to legal retention obligations, such as financial records).
Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination (e.g., any owed fees or disputes).
Disclaimers & No Income Guarantees
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee any specific income, earnings, commissions, ranks, bonuses, or financial results from using the Services, completing tasks, or referring users. Any earnings shown (e.g., in dashboards, examples, or promotions) are illustrative only and depend on many factors including your effort, skill level, referral quality, program changes, and market conditions.

Earnings are not guaranteed and may be zero or vary significantly. The primary purpose of the Services is to provide educational content and skill-building opportunities, not to promise or guarantee financial returns.

We disclaim any liability for losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from use of the Services, including but not limited to reliance on potential earnings, referral outcomes, or task availability.

The Services may contain errors, interruptions, or delays. We are not responsible for third-party payment provider issues (EasyPaisa, JazzCash, banks), internet connectivity, device problems, or external factors affecting performance.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that participation involves risks and that results are not assured. Always conduct your own due diligence before investing time or money.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlueprintX Global, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use of or inability to use the Services.

Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

Any conduct or content of third parties on the Services.

Any content obtained through the Services.

Any reliance on earnings, commissions, or referral outcomes (even if advised of the possibility of such damages).
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or PKR 10,000, whichever is lower.
This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your account (including validity, breach, termination, or interpretation) shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiations between the parties.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be finally settled by arbitration in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 1940 (or any successor law) by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually or by the court if parties cannot agree. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the award shall be final and binding.
Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction (including for intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access).
You agree that any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Miscellaneous / Final Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlueprintX Global regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: We may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent.
Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, internet outages, or payment provider failures.
Survival: Provisions that by their nature should survive termination of these Terms (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law, intellectual property) shall continue to apply after termination or expiration.
Language: These Terms are written in English. In case of any translation, the English version shall prevail.
